Commissions

Thank you for your interest in my work! Commissioning an original piece of art is a collaborative and highly personalized process. Together, we will develop a piece that reflects your vision while thoughtfully complementing your space. To begin, please review the commission process below.

The Process

• Inspiration. Tell me what inspires you and what you envision for your custom piece.
• Size and orientation. Together, we’ll determine the size and orientation that best works for your space.
• Color palette. Share photos of your space, fabric swatches, or paint colors. I’ll use them to create a palette that complements your surroundings.

Once I have gathered the details, I will create a proposal outlining the proposed color palette, format and composition, so that you can envision the plan for your painting. The proposal will also include a price quote and a completion date. The quote will reflect the size, two revisions and local pickup/drop-off. Domestic shipping will require a separate quote.

Payment

When the proposal and quote are confirmed, a non-refundable 30% deposit is due. After the deposit is received, we will work together to create a plan for revisions. Two rounds of revisions are included to allow for thoughtful adjustments. Please keep in mind that any revisions after the two allotted may delay the completion date and are subject to additional cost. When you are satisfied and have approved the piece, the remaining balance will be due.

Each piece is created by hand, so the final artwork will reflect my artistic interpretation and may naturally vary from inspiration images or previous works.
